3. Matching disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to verify the licences, insurance, and quality of renovators in our network. However, we are not a party to any contract you enter with a renovator. The renovator is solely responsible for the quality, timeliness, and warranty of their work.
4. No warranty on third-party work
Statutory warranties under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 (SA) and common law apply to the renovator's work, not to us. If you have a dispute about renovation work, that dispute is between you and the renovator.
5. Price estimates
Cost information on this site is based on data from our network and is for general orientation only. Actual prices are set by the renovators in fixed-price written quotes.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false project information, attempt to access our systems without authorisation, scrape content, or contact renovators outside the matching process for purposes contrary to our network rules.
