When you submit the matching form, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), suburb, project details, and any additional information you choose to share. We do not collect sensitive information within the meaning of the Privacy Act.
2. How we use your information
- To match you with up to three renovators whose specialities fit your brief.
- To share your contact details with those three renovators so they can contact you.
- To follow up with you by email about your matching request.
- To improve our matching algorithm and service quality.
3. Who we share your information with
The three renovators we match you with. We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to anyone.
4. Data retention
Project briefs are retained for 90 days to refine matching. Contact details are retained for 24 months for follow-up. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing quote@bathroomrenovationsadelaide.com.au.
5. Security
Your information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted servers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics does not receive personally identifying information. We also use a honeypot and reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam; reCAPTCHA uses cookies and submits data to Google per their privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information, request correction, request deletion, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
