What we do

Adelaide has about 180 active bathroom renovators. Most homeowners know one or two and find them through word of mouth. The remaining 178 you never hear about, which means you never compare them, which means the quote you accept is almost certainly not the best one available.

We solve that problem. You tell us about your project in one form. We match you with three renovators based on your brief (not based on whoever paid to be promoted). They each send a fixed-price quote. You choose who wins. We charge you nothing.

How the network works

Every renovator in our network is independently licensed, insured, and current. We verify: Building Work Contractor Licence from SA CBS, public liability insurance of $20 million minimum, GST registration, waterproofing qualification, and current business registration. We re-verify every 12 months. Renovators who fail a verification are removed.

We also track two performance measures that you cannot check yourself: on-time completion rate and warranty response rate. Renovators in our network have on-time rates above 85% and warranty response within 7 business days. We remove any renovator who drops below those thresholds.

How we make money

The three renovators we match you with pay a small referral fee when you sign a contract with one of them. You pay us nothing. The renovators pay us only on signed contracts, not on leads, so our incentives and yours are aligned: we only get paid if you find a renovator good enough to hire.

Because we are paid by renovators, we are required to disclose that commercial relationship. We do not accept any other form of payment (no sponsored placements, no priority promotion, no premium membership tiers). Every renovator in the network is treated equally when matching.

Who we are

Bathroom Renovations Adelaide is operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing, based in Wayville, South Australia. Our head office is at 21/22 Greenhill Road. We have been matching Adelaide homeowners with licensed renovators since 2024.

What we are not

We are not a renovator. We do not quote the work, perform the work, manage the trades, or warrant the work. All of that sits with the renovator you sign a contract with. We are the match-maker.

We are also not a generic lead-gen site. Every renovator in our network is independently vetted and continuously performance-tracked. If you submit a brief that no renovator in our network can serve well, we tell you so rather than push the closest match.
